About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate network within the rapidly growing iGaming market. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who understands how to build, manage, and scale profitable partnerships.
You will oversee every aspect of affiliate growth — from recruitment and negotiation to performance analysis and campaign optimization — ensuring that each partnership delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in the company’s growth strategy. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Affiliate Program Management: Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, sub-affiliates, and media partners.
- Campaign Planning: Create and manage performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with company KPIs.
- Negotiation: Secure optimal commission structures, tenancy placements, and hybrid deals that maximize ROI.
- Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall traffic quality.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities align with regulatory and responsible gaming standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that convert.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports detailing spend, FTDs, ARPU, and ROI for leadership review.
You’ll have full autonomy to develop data-driven strategies that attract high-quality players while protecting the integrity and reputation of the brand.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this position, you should bring strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills — as well as a deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online gambling industry or performance marketing verticals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to manage multiple partnerships at once.
- Experience with affiliate tracking systems, postbacks, and attribution platforms.
- Ability to interpret analytics reports, campaign data, and user trends to optimize conversions.
- Excellent command of English and familiarity with the Indian gaming audience.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote job setting with distributed teams.
A background in digital marketing, iGaming, fintech, or eCommerce performance campaigns is a strong advantage.

Your First 90 Days
Your onboarding will be structured around measurable milestones:
- First 30 Days: Conduct a full affiliate program audit, evaluate key partners, and propose a short-term optimization plan.
- Days 31–60: Negotiate new affiliate deals, implement tracking improvements, and launch A/B tests across campaigns.
- Days 61–90: Deliver a comprehensive growth roadmap that includes forecasts, new partner recruitment, and campaign scalability metrics.
By the end of your first quarter, you’ll have transformed insights into clear strategies that strengthen the brand’s affiliate ecosystem and revenue streams.
